Craig McElheny

CEO

Craig McElheny has over 40 years experience in the Material Handling Industry and built a “best in class” organization from the bottom up, Storage Solutions, Inc. (SSI).   SSI was recently recognized for excellence by the premier industry trade association MHEDA and was selected as the Prestigious 2020 MVP award.  A testament to the team that McElheny has assembled over the years as CEO and in 2020 sold for over $100mm, currently serves as Vice Chairman.  McElheny serves as CEO for Intellective AI.

Rick Spitz

Chief Strategy Officer

Rick Spitz-brings more than 25 years of expertise in technology management to his role at Intellective AI as Chief Technology Officer/Chief Strategy Officer. Mr. Spitz served as vice president of software for Apple Computer, leading the Macintosh system software organization and delivering key products, including System 7 series, PowerPC and Quicktime multimedia. Mr. Spitz is co-founder of ReachLocal, a marketing and advertising firm headquartered in Woodland Hills, Calif. As vice president of product development at Sungard's Decalog division, Mr. Spitz headed development for financial applications used by companies including Citicorp and Warburg Pinkus. He also was group manager for VAX/VMS Software at Digital Equipment Corp. Mr. Spitz holds a master’s degree in computer engineering from the University of Massachusetts, a bachelor’s degree in electrical and computer engineering from Clemson University, and is a graduate of the Executive Leadership Institute at Boston University. Mr. Spitz holds a U.S. patent, issued in 2012, for containerized software for virtually copying one endpoint to another

Ming Seow, Ph. D.

Chief Scientist

Dr. Ming-Jung Seow has 20 years of experience conducting research and development on real world applications on intelligence analytics. Ming’s innovation in Artificial Intelligence form the foundation for Behavior Analytics and Cognitive Analytics in the AI analytics industry. Ming was awarded 55 U.S. patents on key invention in video analytics, computer vision, machine learning, Behavior Analytics and Cognitive Analytics. Ming published 15 peer reviewed journal papers, 8 book chapters, and 32 peer reviewed conference papers in the areas of machine learning, computer vision, and pattern recognition. Ming was awarded 55 U.S. patents on key inventions in video analytics, computer vision, and machine learning.

Thomas C. Wells

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Wells attended Xavier university and graduated magna cum laude. He ia a CPA and spent his first 10 years in public accounting working for large accounting firms which include Arthur Andersen and Main Hurdman.  For the past 34 years he has spent his time owning and operating several successful companies. Much of his time was spent acquiring, growing and selling business. Currently, Mr. Wells owns several private companies ranging from 10 to 60 million in sales and just completed the sale of his 40 million dollar company. Mr. Wells will assist on both financial and operations of the company.

Steven Ponsler

Director

Steve Ponsler holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Corporate Finance and General Business Administration. Mr. Ponsler has more than 30 years’ experience in these fields, with concentration in investments, banking, and private and public placements. Mr. Ponsler has worked in senior roles with Merrill Lynch and UBS/Paine Webber in Investments and an advisory capacity. He has continued his role in various startup opportunities, including real estate, software, and various technology ventures. His diverse background in funding and valuations for both the private and public sectors should serve Intellective AI well as it endeavors to be the leader in the AI industry.
